Accounts
An Archivo account is tied to your email address and can sign in with Google or an email and password. Signing in from the web and from the desktop apps uses the same account, so your documents and settings are consistent everywhere.
Workspaces
Section titled “Workspaces”Workspaces are your collaborative or personal space, holding the file folders you choose to share or organize. Two tools live inside them:
- DocuTables — a data-management system embedded in your workspaces, where you can automate, track, and keep a database of your files.
- Docuviewer — your workspace file gallery: an at-a-glance view of, and quick access to, your files.
Multiple accounts
Section titled “Multiple accounts”If you use more than one account, for example a personal and a work account, Archivo keeps a roster of accounts you can switch between from Settings ▸ Account. Switching re-authenticates the selected account (silently for Google, or with a password prompt for email accounts) rather than running several live sessions at once.
Verified accounts
Section titled “Verified accounts”Only verified accounts can fully use all Archivo functions and features.
